CNIP High Performance Quick link & Bale Tie wire.:

Raw Material:

CNIP High Performance quick link and bale tie wire are specialized products designed for robust and efficient fastening applications. The quick link offers a secure, easy-to-use mechanism for connecting various components, while the bale tie wire is engineered for high tensile strength, making it ideal for securing bales in agricultural settings. Both products are crafted to withstand demanding conditions, ensuring reliability and durability for users across multiple industries.

We utilize Special High Tensile Material for our baling ties, and all our raw materials undergo rigorous testing in NABL accredited laboratories to ensure that our quality consistently surpasses that of other suppliers.

To ensure the durability and reliability of the ties manufactured from high tensile wire, we will implement a standardized procedure for testing and inspection, which includes conducting break tests at elongation speeds ranging from one-fourth inch to 5 inches per minute. This systematic approach will help us assess the mechanical properties of the ties and maintain quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Wire Drawing

Wire drawing is a metalworking process that involves reducing the cross-sectional area of a wire by pulling it through a series of dies.

This process not only enhances the wire's tensile strength and flexibility but also improves its dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Typically, wire drawing is employed for various metals such as copper, aluminum, and steel, and is crucial in manufacturing electrical wires, cables, and other applications where high precision and quality are essential. The process can be performed in multiple stages, with each stage progressively reducing the wire diameter.

Galvanized Process

Galvanized wire is produced through a process that involves coating steel wire with a layer of zinc to prevent corrosion. The process typically starts with cleaning the steel wire to remove any impurities, followed by drawing it to the desired thickness. .

The wire is then subjected to hot-dip galvanizing, where it is immersed in molten zinc, or through an electrolytic process, which deposits a thin layer of zinc onto the wire. After galvanizing, the wire is cooled and may undergo further processes such as cutting, looping, or packing to enhance its properties, ultimately resulting in a durable product suitable for various applications, packing, construction, fencing, and industrial use.

Stretchnig Process

The unique Hyperbolic Roller Rotor straightening method, developed by our R&D department 25 years ago, has gained international recognition as a state-of-the-art technique for precision straightening, showcasing its effectiveness and innovation in the industry.

utilizing the latest fourth-generation straightening rotors, delivers exceptional straightening outcomes for various material qualities and grades. With a unique rotor rotation that produces a spiral motion of the rollers around the wire, this facilitates simultaneous straightening and feeding. Additionally, the hyperbolic profile of the rollers provides a full line of contact with the wire, significantly reducing marking and extending the lifespan of the rollers.

Wire Cutting Process

CNIP Install fully automatic bale tie / Quick link manufacturing line, which includes an automatic wire cutting machine, is designed to efficiently produce wire lengths tailored to customer specifications, ranging from 70 inches to 150 inches. This advanced machinery streamlines the production process, ensuring precise cutting and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Wire Loop / Quick link Bending

A wire loop is a shape formed by bending a piece of wire into a circular or semi-circular configuration, often used in various applications such as cotton bale packing, any type of raw material packing, or as a component in mechanical devices. In physics,

We use Automatic wire bending and looping machines are essential for efficiently manufacturing bale ties and quick links, as they enhance precision, increase production speed, and reduce labor costs. These machines can create consistent and high-quality products, streamline the bending and looping processes, and allow for customization based on specific design requirements. By automating these tasks, we achieve greater productivity and maintain competitive advantage in the industry.

Double loop wire / Quick link Testing

A wire strength testing machine is a specialized apparatus designed to evaluate the tensile strength and elasticity of wire materials. These machines typically apply a controlled force to a wire sample until it fractures, measuring parameters like tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation. They are crucial in industries such as manufacturing, construction, and material science, ensuring that wires meet specific standards for safety and performance. Features may include digital readouts, automated data recording, and calibration systems for accurate results.
